Training Services ManagerShe is a lifelong member of the United House of Prayer, and a proud “Native New Yorker”. She spent most of her early life in New York, but also lived in New Jersey before moving south.
Professionally, she has not only survived, but thrived as a diverse practitioner of both Clinical and Counseling Psychology. She is licensed in DC, MD, and Virginia and has been licensed since 2006. Over the course of the last 20 years, she provided a number of psychological services, including therapy And Assessment. Recently, she transitioned out of the therapy arena and Is working with a psychology doctoral internship training program.
Overall, the desire to help others function well and to be happy with themselves is one of the main reasons she doesn’t feel like being a psychologist is just a job. Rather it’s another one of the things that she feels like she is called to do to be of service to others.
