Keisha L. Mack, PhD is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of The MECCA Group, LLC.  Dr. Mack obtained both her Bachelor of Science (1992) and Masters of Education (1994) degrees from Howard University and her Doctor of Philosophy (2003) degree from The George Washington University, both in Washington, DC.  Dr. Mack has extensive training, education, and research in counseling and clinical psychology.

In 2001, she completed her pre-doctoral internship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Division of Adolescent Medicine. Following her graduation in 2003, Dr. Mack continued on as a postdoctoral fellow at CHLA.  During her tenure at CHLA, Dr. Mack received extensive psychological testing and school-based mental health training.  Dr. Mack has spent much of her clinical experience working with at-risk adolescents and their families in a wide array of settings, including residential, schools, hospitals, and private practice.

In 2006 Dr. Mack co-founded The MECCA Group, LLC where she is currently the Chief Operation Officer and the Director of Clinical Services.  In 2007, Dr. Mack joined the staff at Georgetown University Hospital as Clinical Assistant Professor and Licensed Psychologist, where she was the part-time psychologist on staff for the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine for nine years (2007-2015).

Dr. Mack’s current specialty areas include adolescent and young adult mental health, psychological testing and evaluation, program development, and clinical supervision.  She is licensed in Washington, DC (2006), Maryland (2007) and Virginia (2013).

Dr.  Mack is also very active in the community, including being an active member of The Twelve Days of Christmas, Incorporated since 2007 and most recently serving as the Co-Chair of Fundraising (2011-2013).  She also serves on the Executive Board of the Howard University Alumni Club – Greater Washington DC chapter as the Vice President (2013-2015), where she has been an active member since 2012.
